By creating or using a Cashspark account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Wallet balances, Reward Points, referral benefits, level benefits, ROI features, Recharge, BBPS, deposits and withdrawals are governed by the configuration and eligibility rules shown in the platform. Reward Points are not automatically equal to currency unless a specific conversion feature is enabled and disclosed. Recharge and BBPS requests may involve third-party providers. A request can remain pending while the provider confirms the final result. Cashspark uses reconciliation and idempotent settlement controls to reduce duplicate financial postings. Accounts may be suspended or blocked for security, fraud prevention, legal, compliance or misuse reasons. KYC may be required for selected features such as withdrawals. These terms should be reviewed and finalized by the business's legal adviser before production launch.
